Dr. Zambry Abdul Kadir, Malaysia's Minister of Higher Education, is a seasoned leader with a strong background in politics and academia. As Chief Minister of Perak, he implemented inclusive, bottom-up policies benefiting the middle-income group. Holding a PhD in Political Thoughts from Temple University, Dr. Zambry has taught at IIUM and UPM. He is also a member of the Dewan Negara and UMNO Supreme Council.
